1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DhanRise website, web terminal, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("DhanRise", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accepting our Risk Disclosure & Consent, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service — Not Investment Advice
The Platform provides market data, analytics, scores, screeners, indicators, and visualisations for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Stock Broker. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, mutual fund, SIP, or other financial instrument. We make no guarantee of any profit, return, or outcome. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions, which you make at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
5. Subscriptions, Trial & Billing
- Free trial: New users may start a one-time 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, access is locked until you subscribe to Pro.
- Pro plan: ₹699 per month (plus applicable taxes), billed on a recurring, auto-renewing basis until cancelled.
- Auto-renewal & cancellation: Pro renews automatically each cycle. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- Payments: Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.
- Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Platform's data or content except as expressly permitted; (b) share or resell your account or access; (c) reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, analytics, datasets, and branding, is owned by or licensed to DhanRise and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial analysis, subject to these Terms.
8. No Warranty
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanRise and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DhanRise from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on third-party providers, including Razorpay (payments) and Supabase (authentication and database). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or where required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email, and may require you to re-accept. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
